How long will my order take to arrive?
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery time after shipment depends on your location and the carrier. Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within Canada only, including all provinces and territories.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on orders over $99 before taxes within Canada. Orders under $99 are charged a $9.99 flat shipping rate. Shipping charges are shown at checkout before you place your order.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
Yes. We can ship orders to PO boxes within Canada.
Do you ship to rural and remote addresses?
Yes. We ship to rural and remote addresses within Canada. Delivery times may be longer depending on the destination and carrier.
Orders & Tracking
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, we’ll email you the tracking information. You can also sign in to your TacGad account to view your order status.
Can I change or cancel an order after placing it?
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We’ll do our best to help, but once an order has been processed or shipped, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
