How long will it take to get my order?

Most orders ship within 2-5 business days of processing your order. Depending on your location most items should be received within 5 business days from time of shipping. Products that were transferred through the CFC are generally shipped within 2 business days of receipt of approval. We receive approvals from the CFC by email, mail and fax. If there are issues, we will email you unless the CFC tells us that they are contacting you directly.

Orders are normally processed within 1-3 business days from the time of ordering. However, we are always working on shortening that delay of time. Some delays apply for transfer through the CFC for firearms from us to you. Some very infrequent delays may occur. If your order is large enough, we may arrange a truck for delivery, which takes extra time.

Please note that all orders, because of our industry, have to be manually processed. Our business is different than industries such as electronics, health products and clothing.  Also, large sales and holidays will likely result in slight delays in processing and shipping. Please be assured that will make every effort to see your order is delivered as soon as possible.

Order Status Updates

You will receive and email with status updates for your order every time there is a change in status.  If you need to see the status update of your order, you can login to Tacticalgadgers to check the status in your customer account.  We make every effort to ship your order within 3-5 days of receiving the order.  In the case of restricted firearms, we ship within 3 business days of receiving the CFC transfer approval direct from the CFC.  If you have not received your order within 10 business days of the time you placed the order, please feel free to contact us.

Do you take phone orders?

We do not take orders over the phone. However, if you need customer support we welcome your call at 1.866.960.0045.

What forms of payment do you take?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Email Money Transfer. EMT instructions details will be emailed to you after the order is placed based on your selection.

Can I add to an order once it's been submitted?

No, you cannot edit an order once it has been placed.

Can I return items?

We are proud to offer a no-hassle 14 day return policy (within reason) from point of receipt of product. Please contact us by phone at 1.866.960.0045 or by email at to take use of this policy. Shipping costs for returns within 14 days are the customer’s responsibility. A full credit will be applied as long as the item is in working and reasonable physical condition. All refunds are done by cheque within 30 days.

How do i contact TacticalGadgets for more information and if I have any questions?

We at appreciate your business.  We are working diligently to provide you with the best customer experience while maintaining a high level of efficiency.  This allows us to reduce our operating costs, and pass on the savings to you.  We receive a large number of telephone and email inquiries related to order status, CFC transfer times, and out of stock product.  There are directions for these questions in this FAQ and as such, we will not answer telephone calls or emails regarding these matters.  Feel free to email us here or call us toll-free weekdays from 7AM-3PM PST at 1.866.960.0045 for all other inquiries.

        Are the ASP style batons genuine ASP?

          Hey Tim,

          Our batons are not from the ASP manufacturer. We get these batons custom made without the branding, so we can offer them at a reduced price. They are very good quality however, and are made in the same style as the ASP batons.

      At most, 5 business days. It’s heavily dependant on Canpar’s services, but since we ship out from Maple Ridge, it shouldn’t be that long!
