The Cytac Open Top Handcuff Pouch provides retention for compatible hinged handcuffs while keeping them readily accessible. An internal retention lever applies tension to hold the handcuffs in place without a conventional top lid.
The pouch rotates through 360 degrees and is compatible with Cytac mounting platforms, allowing it to be configured with compatible belt, MOLLE and other Cytac mounting systems.
