14-Day Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Canadian Tactical Gadgets accepts returns within 14 days of the date your order is delivered.
To qualify for a return, the product must be returned in its original condition. Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide return instructions.
Change-of-Mind Returns
If you change your mind, order the wrong product, or otherwise wish to return a non-defective item:
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- We do not charge a restocking fee.
- Once the returned item has been received and inspected, the eligible product purchase price will be refunded to the original payment method.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, or if we shipped you the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible.
Canadian Tactical Gadgets will cover the appropriate return shipping costs and, depending on the circumstances and product availability, provide a replacement or full refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process the refund if the return meets the requirements above. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. The time required for the refund to appear on your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
If you would like a different product, size, or model, please contact us. Where appropriate, we can arrange an exchange subject to product availability. Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with change-of-mind exchanges.
Returning an Item
Please contact Canadian Tactical Gadgets before sending a return. Include your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
Do not send returns until you have received return instructions from us.
